"Lion" Disintegrators or Grinders
Specification And Description:
“Lion” Disintegrator is made of solid and best quality of cast iron / steel fitted on a STRONG Spindle Shaft revolving in double set ring oiling dust proof Gun Metal Bush or Roller Bearings. The Principle is very simple. Our machine has four Beaters which revolve at a very high speed in a circular Grinding Chamber. The top of upper half of the machine is lined with renewable and adjustable ‘V’ Shaped deep grooved Plates and the bottom half consists of interchangeable screens. The lower and upper side Plates are lined with adjustable and renewable deep grooved Liners. Materials fed to the Machine are at once reduced to powder by the hammering action of the Beaters against the linings of the Chambers and are discharged through the screen below.
